More Information from the maker: Designed especially for the Estate coffee farm or small processor, the 10 lb capacity roaster produces a uniform roast from light through to dark continental in times from 10 to 12 minutes per full load. This proven design is in daily use.

My favorite picture still so it stays! A Coconut tree "family" that my sister and I found while horseback riding on Maui. See the tall stately older trees and the younger ones in the front of them? We were really impressed with the coconut clump , because you just don't get to see this scene anymore. Coconut-falling-on-head liability issue so our Department of Land and Natural Resources makes sure there are no coconuts in our coconut trees and they also quickly eliminate any drooping coconut leaves. The coconut trees then look unnatural. Sorry for the rant but now you know my reasoning enjoying the natural look.
