We are tired of seeing Kona's gourmet name devalued by cheap foreign blends using the Kona name to fool customers. 10% Blend coffee bags contain 10% Kona and 90% un-known, never named beans and the opposition gets to call it simply Kona Blend. ( A good, extremely profitable trick.)

Let the KCFA's real lady farmers guide you through the calendar year in coffee: Miss January to Miss November demonstrate what happens each month on a Kona Coffee farm that brings this hand-tended artisan coffee to your cup. December's photo is all the farmer ladies amidst anthuriums and tree ferns, wishing you Happy Holidays.

By purchasing this calendar, you are supporting the Kona Coffee Farmers Association, which is working to seek greater legal protection for the name Kona Coffee and provide the discerning coffee drinker with 100% Kona Coffee.

Why do we need to raise money, you might ask? The well funded opposition has promised the moon and stars to our State Legislators and the Legislators have turned deaf ears to us, the non - profit Kona Coffee Farmers Association. It costs a Farmer $200 r/t per person just to fly to the State Legislature to testify, albeit to the deaf ears. The well funded opposition is on Oahu, and down the street from the Legislature. Doesn't seem fair in any way.
