First of all, I hand put all credit card charges--- despite what my web order form may make you think. You will be charged on your credit card what I say below that you will be charged.

You are buying premium, gourmet and valuable Fresh Roasted 100% Kona Coffee. We roast the day before we send it. If the economics make sense to you, use FedEx. We are always happy, really, to send it the way YOU want it!

Description of Two Shipping Services Available to you

1) USPS Priority

USPS Priority means, we will send it via USPS which is the cheapest method. Two roasted pounds or 3 green pounds and less will go via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope for $6.35 total postage. If you order more than 1 Macadamia (a bulky item), then that will be the USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box for $12.00 total postage. If you order just 1 macadamia, we'd use the cheaper USPS Priority mail box for $9.75.
USPS Priority Shipping Cost w/5 lbs of coffee + Priority box = $12.00

OR

2) FedEx Fastest

FedEx Packages can go from here to there in 2 days. This does not include weekends as FedEx does not work for us, on weekends.
FedEx Shipping Cost w/5 lbs of coffee + box = $19.38 etc.

FedEx Caution....Be sure that you have given me the exact detailed address for FedEx Delivery. If you do not give me the entire detailed address for delivery, FedEx charges $10 over their nominal freight charge for "incorrect" addresses, and it is all out of my control. And FedEx will charge me $25 to return your box to me which I will have to charge you for. Sorry. JUST BE SURE of the exact address. And please include your telephone number- just in case FedEx wants to call you for further explanation of the address. Thank you

International Orders

If you are ordering from an International address, please fill out my order form as well as you can AND in the "COMMENTS" section- please write out your complete address. I will use that complete address in mailing your package. Thanks!
Warning: We have recently found (May 2011) that International packages are taking much longer than the 6-10 days that has been the norm. We process your order as quickly as we can but once your package is in the hands of the International postal carriers, we have absolutely no control. Please think twice if you order Internationally. We wish it was different but there is nothing we can do about it. Order Express International (more expensive, naturally), if you want to get it asap. It took 29 days recently to go from here to a residence in Hong Kong which is the most extreme we have ever encountered.

Waiahukini

We went on a Kona Historical tour down to the tip of Hawaii island, known as Waiahukini. In the far background is the very southern most point in the whole US...the tip of Hawaii island, known as Ka Lae or South Point. There is some belief that the first settlers to Hawaii landed here. The sand, if you look hard enough, is actually green- made of olivines. Beyond Ka Lae lies the extremely vast south Pacific.

Do you know that the islands of Hawaii are the most isolated land mass on the entire planet? Cool.
