Dennis: Well, I have to say, i was doubtful. I have been buying Kona from small growers like you for a very long time. I regularly order from places like*****, and more. I love the coffee and have hardly ever been disappointed. When I ordered your coffee I noticed that you don't do a dark roast and I almost cancelled my order. The medium roasts I have had in the past are usually watery and tasteless. I've never liked them.

Until I tasted yours this morning. Its by far, the best Kona I ever tasted. I'm so used to the oily dark roasted bean that I was really skeptical. But when I tasted the coffee, I have to say, the flavor was full, sweet and delicious. Its very full bodied, many layered and as is typical of Kona, not acid at all. This coffee was much more nuanced. Good word. Many levels of flavor. Matter of fact, I had my last cup 4 hours ago and I don't want to eat anything because the taste is still in my mouth. Sometimes I go to a meeting and my client offers me coffee and I refuse because I prefer the taste of my Kona to linger.

I think one of the reasons all of the other medium roasts have been watery and tasteless is because the growers do not roast themselves. They send it out. You guys can obviously have a lot more control.

Caroline: Just wanted to say how much I enjoy my coffee, still share a little with my daughter, but hog most of it myself!!! (ed. note. orders 5 pounds every other month)

Bob: We are in the dead of winter and enjoying the last few pots of your perfect coffee.  We need more! Please send TWO five pound bags of your 100% roasted Kona coffee.  Same card particulars as before.

...A little side story.  My brother and I have been drinking Kona and Kona blend coffees for about 10 years, buying a bag at just anyplace.   Then we found we could buy it over the internet,  but there must be a hundred different sites.  Not remembering who we bought the last pound from, we bought Kona from a bunch of different sites.  So, separately my brother and I set out on a quest to find the best Kona! 
Last Christmas we gave each other, what we thought was the best Kona coffee, boy were we surprised as we exchanged Your Kona !!!

....Thanks SO much for sending the packages at Christmas. My Mom was SO surprised to get mail from Hawaii - and she LOVES the Kona coffee! We also gave a pound of ours to Bob's Mom and she thought it was great too!! Two more converts, I guess!
